We participated in six searches during the year. We provided over 1800 person hours of searching.

Search one was for a missing male fisherman at Mt. Uniacke, Hants County, April 21st and 22nd. We responded to a Mutual Aid call with 35 searchers to assist West Hants GSAR. We searched for 20 hours. The missing fisherman was spotted and rescued by helicopter.

Search two was an Evidence search in Windermere, Kings County, April 28th. We had 23 searchers and searched for seven hours.

Search three was for a missing male hunter on Panuke Rd., Hants County, Oct. 29th. We responded to a Mutual aid call and searched for six hours with 18 searchers. He followed a search team out.

Search four was a missing eight year old boy in Coldbrook, Kings County, Sept. 25th. We responded with 22 searchers and searched for four hours. He was found in good condition.

Search five was a missing male hunter at Upper Palmer Lake in Kings County, Oct. 29th. We had 48 searchers including Annapolis GSAR searching for 14 hours. The missing hunter followed a Search team out.

Our last search of the year was on Oct. 30th in South Berwick for a missing female senior from a nursing home. We responded with seven searchers for two hours. She was found before the main search team arrived. She suffered from light hypothermia.
